Products

Product images are provided for representation purposes. Due to the natural characteristics of wood, including grain, texture and colour variation, the actual product may have minor variations from photographs displayed on the website.

Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate product descriptions, dimensions, pricing and availability.

In case of an inadvertent error in product information or pricing, Sheesham Art reserves the right to correct the information and, where applicable, contact the customer before processing the order.

Orders

An order is considered successfully placed after order confirmation and successful payment/authorisation.

Sheesham Art reserves the right to cancel an order in circumstances including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent transactions or circumstances beyond reasonable control.

Payment

All applicable taxes and charges will be displayed during the purchase process wherever applicable.

Delivery

Orders are generally processed within 2–3 business days and standard delivery generally takes 7–10 business days after processing.

The overall expected delivery timeframe is generally 9–13 business days.

Cancellation

Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order, subject to the order not having entered processing, production, packing or dispatch.

Returns

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

Damaged or incorrect products must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Refunds

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–7 business days after return approval/inspection.

Intellectual Property
